TASTING NOTES:
- Nose: subtle smoky nuances carried by a fresh sea breeze, combined with the sweet warmth of caramelised crème brûlée. Deep notes of toasted oak and sesame seeds blend with the crisp freshness of green bamboo.
- Palate: a harmonious combination of fruity sweetness and a delicate bitterness. Dark chocolate and oak nuances bring a rich, smooth flavour.
- Finish: pleasant and persistent, balancing smooth smokiness with a sweetness reminiscent of dried fruit.
