Osborne y Cía. S.A. is the holding company, the sole owner of the consolidated group that brings together the entire 100% family shareholding. Through its investee Grupo Osborne S.A., as the parent company of the group of companies, it develops the business and corporate management of the group, including management and technical and IT support.
Therefore, the information presented on this website refers to Grupo Osborne S.A., except for the content of this “Legal Notices” section in which the Non-Financial Information Statement of Osborne y Cía. is published and, where applicable, the Calls for the General Shareholders’ Meeting and other requirements in compliance with the Company’s Articles of Association and the Law.
FINANCIAL AND NON-FINANCIAL INFORMATION
Osborne is a pioneering company in the incorporation of good corporate governance practices, some obligatory by law and others as guidelines for the smooth running of the company. In 2019, the company incorporates the Non-Financial Information Statement for the first time in the Annual Report, in compliance with the parameters established by Law and following the international sustainability standards of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). This has made it possible to disclose the actions that it has been contributing and developing in line with the Sustainable Development Goals adopted by the United Nations General Assembly, which are described in the section of this website on Sustainability and Responsibility.
