Saliníssima values the culture of cachaça and is one of the traditional and authentic cachaças of the Salinas region, one of the most know cachaça producer region. It brings together characteristics of a genuine craft cachaça of high standard. The aging process, done in balsam barrels, a brazilian wood, gives the drink a woody and soft flavor. The color and strong body reflect the care of maintaining the original production practices of artisanal cachaça from Minas Gerais.
