INGREDIENTS
This non-alcoholic beverage is made from osmosis water treated, through a series of processes, with tartaric acid and essential oils from the main botanicals of Nordés. This meticulous process allows for a transparent liquid with the nuances, flavor intensity and aroma of Nordés now without alcohol.
TASTING NOTES
Appearance/colour: Shiny and clear liquid.
Aroma/nose: Characteristic fresh aroma where botanicals and spicy balsamic notes are distinguished.
Flavour/palate: Fresh and fruity notes, slightly sweet. With an aftertaste of numerous spicy botanicals. It presents a perfect balance between acidity, sweetness and bitterness.
RECOMMENDED SERVE
We suggest to always serve in a wide glass with a lot of ice, and to add the ingredients in the following proportions: we start with 5 cl of Nordés 0,0 and 20 cl of natural tonic water. Lastly, we gasrnish with 3 white grapes.
