ENGINE stands out for its decisive character in which the balsamic flavours of juniper are completed by fresh notes of lemon peel and the intense aroma of sage, all against an elegant floral background; on tasting, it maintains an excellent olfactory-gustatory correspondence with a slightly bitter finish of sage leaves, while the sweet notes of liquorice root give the product an ideal final balance.

Its formula is linked with Italian and Piedmont tradition, paying tribute in its composition to those rosolios (sweet liqueurs), cordials and liqueurs made from sage and lemon which in the past were ancient digestive remedies.
