Solaz Blanco Verdejo 2024
Straw yellow color, with bright greenish reflections. In the nose, intense, clean and fresh with a good balance of white fruit with hints of tropical and certain vegetal notes.
ELABORATION: Grapes harvested taking advantage of the low temperatures at night. Immediate transport to the warehouse in small capacity trailers. A cold film maceration is carried out to extract varietal aromas. Next, pressing is carried out with the addition of dry ice, then cold settling and fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 14ºC. Once this is finished, it is stabilized and bottled.
TASTING NOTES: Appearance: Straw yellow in color, with bright greenish reflections. Aroma and taste: On the nose, intense, clean and fresh with a good balance of white fruit with tropical nuances and certain vegetal notes. In the mouth it is glyceric, tasty with lively acidity. With a persistent, fruity finish and the bitter and long aftertaste characteristic of Verdejo.
ORIGEN: Solaz comes from vineyards located within the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) of Tierra de Castilla wines. Two mountain ranges and the Tagus River define the landscape. The sun dominates most of the year and the nights are cool, the soil rich in minerals, ideal conditions for the vine.
