ELABORATION:
Organic wine produced from grapes cultivated and harvested without the use of pesticides, fertilizers, or other synthetic elements. All elements used in the vineyard and during winemaking are certified organic. Wines from organic farming are regulated according to European legislation and are monitored and audited by a certifying body throughout the entire production process. Cold maceration at 10ºC. Classic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 22/24ºC in stainless steel tanks. Regular pumping over is performed for optimal extraction of aromas and color. Once alcoholic fermentation is completed, malolactic fermentation begins at a constant temperature of 22ºC. After this, the wine is stabilized and bottled. Clarifying agents of vegetable origin are used, making it suitable for vegan consumers.

TASTING NOTES:
Appearance: Intense dark cherry red color with a slight violet hue.
Aroma and flavor: On the nose, pronounced notes of red fruit with spicy hints of black fruit.
On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, broad, and structured, with a good balance between structure and acidity.

ORIGIN:
The Solaz vineyards are located within the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) Vinos de la Tierra de Castilla. Two mountain ranges and the Tajo River define the estate’s landscape. The sun dominates most of the year, nights are cool, and the soil is rich in minerals—ideal conditions for viticulture.
