The Naccarii species is native to the Mediterranean, and at Riofrio, we consider it the "Spanish Osetra", due to the voluminous size of the caviar roe, the result of the organic breeding of our fish.
Our Original recipe, with just the right amount of salt, a balanced flavor and a smooth and soft texture, offers an exquisite caviar, with notes of sea and smoked nuances. A naturally sublime experience.
