A beer with notes of fresh barley and wood, provided by the hundred-year-old barrels in which Osborne's prized oloroso sherries are aged. These barrels are now used to age this beer. Toasty and herbaceous in flavour, combined with incredible touches of toasted wood and caramel. Delicious and balanced. It goes perfectly with roasted and grilled meats.
