PRODUCTION
Produced from natural aniseed and other selected herbs and plants. It is distilled in the traditional manner in copper pot stills. The resulting essential oils are mixed with cane sugar, demineralized water and premium quality neutral alcohol. The result is this splendid dry anise liqueur.
TASTING NOTES
Appearance: colourless, transparent and bright.
On the nose: a broad, intense aroma.
On the palate: dry and long-lasting.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
We recommend trying it mixed with water and ice in a "Palomita", the typical drink of the Levante and Andalucía.
