Brandy obtained from holandas, spirits, and alcohol distilled from select wines. Its production and ageing process are characterised by the special and careful blending of the different spirits from which it is composed, along with the use of American oak casks previously filled with Oloroso sherry for ageing, following the traditional dynamiccriaderas and soleras ageing system.
TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Golden amber colour, with lively transparency. Bright, luminous.
Nose: Brandy of very balanced aromatic intensity with notes from its fine spirit base enriched by delicate notes of pastry.
Palate: Round, balanced, toasted hints of sweetness (pastry, dried fruits). Very elegant.
