Spirit obtained from holandas and wine-based spirits combined with selected neutral grain-based spirits. Its production and ageing process is characterised by the use of American oak casks previously filled with Oloroso sherry, following the traditional criaderas and soleras dynamic ageing system.
TASTING NOTES
Appearance: amber colour with a slightly-reddish rim. Bright, transparent. Luminous.
Nose: moderate aromatic intensity, with notes from a quality base spirit enriched by fine notes of dried fruits and figs. Elegant oak nuances with notes of vanilla and chocolate truffles.
Palate: Smooth and velvety palate, persistent, slightly sweet.
