MASH: 100% malted barley.
MAIN MATURATION: sherry casks and new American oak casks.
TASTING NOTES:
- Nose: intense and rich. Malty, fruity (exotic fruits), floral, with oak notes, spicy (cinnamon), chocolatey.
- Palate: firm and lively. Malty, herbaceous.
- Finish: long and smooth. Floral (rose), with oak notes, toasted (nuts) and preserved fruit (apple, plum).
