Grape variety: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Francesa, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Amarela, Tinta Barroca.

Area of production: D.O. Oporto.

Average Age: 4 years.

Alcohol content: 19.5º.

 

PRODUCTION

The grape is completely de-stemmed and the fermentation takes place with prolonged over-pumping in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. It is then aged in oak casks for 3 years.

 

TASTING NOTES

Ruby color, with medium viscosity. In the nose, red fruits with good intensity. In the mouth, it is fruity and sweet, with gentle tannins.

 

STORAGE

As a general rule, in well-ventilated places, away from sources of heat. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator.

 

OUR RECOMMENDATION

Preferably drunk after meals. We recommend drinking it in the first 2 years.

Serving temperature: Between 15/17°C, but also perfect for drinking cool, between 8/12°C.
