Vinos de Jerez Osborne RARE VORS. This solera was established in 1902, creating a wine that is worthy of veneration, not only for its antiquity but also for its exquisite complexity.
PRODUCTION AND AGEING
The grapes are left to dry in the sun (asoleo) before pressing to release only small quantities of ultra sweet juice. Aged in the traditional system of soleras and criaderas over many generations. With time, evaporation has made the wine more complex and concentrated, with residual sugar accounting for as much as 45% of its weight. The whole collection of butts is divided into three criaderas.

Appearance: A beautiful, penetrating, very deep shade of mahogany, rimmed with yellowish-tones in which you can see its high density.
Nose: extraordinarily aromatic, with a great depth of sweet aromas of raisins and burnt caramel, a background of tertiary notes from ageing that gives way to hints of toast and a pleasant sweetness.
Palate: It is broad and smooth, with a long, persistent finish, with elegant bitter tones on the aftertaste.
Pairing: We recommend drinking Venerable as the perfect ending to a special meal, with dessert or with blue cheese as the absolute zenith of cheese and wine pairing.
Serving temperature: Consume at an optimum temperature of 16ºC / 61ºF.
