Amontillado 51 1ª
Vinos de Jerez Osborne RARE VORS. This solera was established in 1902, creating a wine that is worthy of veneration, not only for its antiquity but also for its exquisite complexity.
PRODUCTION AND AGEING
The whole collection of butts is divided into four criaderas. For the first six to eight years, this solera underwent biological ageing under a veil of flor and for the rest of the time it was exposed to oxygen.
With time, evaporation has made the wine more concentrated and it has gained in complexity.

TASTING NOTE
Appearance: Topaz-amber colour of great brightness complemented by a wide yellowish-brown rim.
Nose: complex aromas of fine oak and nuts like hazelnut, very evolved due to its long ageing.
Palate: This great wine leaves its final impressions on the palate. Powerful and very well-structured it shows a great deal of flavour and a slight bitterness, which makes it very elegant.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Pairing: It pairs well with flavourful fish stews and high-quality charcuterie like Iberian morcón, lomo or jamón, as well as partnering perfectly with mature cheeses and white meats.
Serving temperature: Consume at an optimum temperature of 12ºC / 53ºF.
