<p><strong>OUR LANDS<br /></strong>Located in the Spanish region of Tierra de Castilla, our property in Malpica de Tajo is the largest family-owned vineyard estate in the whole of Europe.Our vines are located on the banks of the River Tajo, 500 metres above sea level and surrounded by the Toledo and Sierra de Gredos mountains. The chalk and clay soils and sunny climate provide the ideal conditions for cultivating quality grapes.</p>

<p><strong>VINE GROWING<br /></strong>Grapes harvested at night to take advantage of the lower temperatures.Immediate transport to the winery in low capacity trailers. Cold skin contact takes place to extract all the varietal aromas. Afterwards the grapes are pressed with the addition of dry ice, followed by cold settling. Fermented at a controlled temperature of 14ºC.</p>
<p><strong> TASTING NOTES <br /></strong><strong>Appearance:<br /></strong>Bright straw yellow with green highlights.<br /><strong>Aroma and Flavour:<br /></strong>It is intense on the nose with fresh grassy aromas and well balanced notes of tropical fruit. On the palate it is full of flavour, with a glycerine texture and lively acidity.It has a long, fruity finish with the characteristic long aftertaste of Chardonnay.</p>
<p><strong>FOOD PAIRINGS AND SERVING SUGGESTIONS<br /></strong>Ideal for serving with rice and pasta dishes and all kinds of fish and seafood. Serving temperature: 7 to 10ºC.</p>
