Osborne Ruby Port
TASTING NOTE OSBORNE RUBY PORT
Appearance: Osborne Ruby Port is a ruby colour and is of medium viscosity.
Nose: Red fruits of good intensity.
Palate: Fruity, sweet and with soft tannins.
Serving temperature: 15-17ºC, but it is also ideal for serving chilled at 8 - 12 ºC.
Pairing: It is ideally served after a meal. It should be consumed within the first two years.

Designation of Origin: D.O. Porto.
Alcohol by volume: 19.5%
Average ageing: 4 years.
The grapes are completely destemmed and the fermentation takes place with prolonged pumping over in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Afterwards it is aged in oak barrels over three years.
As a general rule, it should be stored in well ventilated areas away from sources of heat. Once opened store in the refrigerator.
