Osborne Red Vermouth
The velvety character of Osborne Vermouth culminates in a harmonious combination of flavours that come from a careful selection of typical botanicals from the area, which include wormwood, burning bush - known locally as "la hierba gitanera" - and a touch of freshness from bitter orange peel.
Colour: reddish mahogany, with orange highlights. Bright, dense.
Nose: a complex aroma that combines notes of oxidative ageing conferred by the traditional system of Criaderas and Soleras for ageing sherry wines, with touches of spice. Wormwood stands out over subtle touches of burning bush (dittany), cinnamon, nutmeg and bitter orange peel.
Palate: unctuous and velvety, with a great balance between the bitterness of the botanicals and traces of sherry (nuts and raisins).
