A classic, well-structured wine, crafted from carefully selected grapes. Elegant and complex.
PRODUCTION AND AGEING
Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 28ºC, with the skin contact maintained throughout this stage of the process. The second fermentation takes place in underground tanks, and ageing occurs in semi-new French and American oak barrels of very high quality. This stage lasts for 26 months. Reductive ageing takes place over 36 months in bottles that are carefully piled up by hand in the underground bottle cellar.

Colour: The wine is clean and bright of an intense ruby red colour and very good colour density.
Aroma and flavour: It is very perfumed and shows notes of ripe fruit. It is complex and elegant. It has an elegant, satin-like texture and fine tannins. Touches of leather, a long finish and an aftertaste that hints of liquorice.
With all kinds of meat, particularly game. An elegant wine that goes well with stews and dishes of fish such as salmon and tuna.
Serving temperature: 18ºC
