Super Nikka
One of Nikka Whisky's classics in Japan. It has kept its popularity since being created by Masataka Taketsuru in 1962, in honour of his wife Rita. A subtle and harmonious blend.

One of Nikka Whisky's classics in Japan, Super Nikka has kept its popularity since it was created by Masataka Taketsuru in 1962, in honour of his wife Rita, who had passed away the previous year. A subtle and harmonious blend.
BLEND: Grain whisky distilled in a Coffey still (maize base). Malt distilled at the Miyagikyo distillery. Malt distilled at the Yoichi distillery. Mainly matured in new and used American oak casks.
TASTING NOTES:
- Nose: elegant. Vegetal (sage), floral (lilac, lavender), fruity (mirabelle plum), woody, spicy (cumin).
- Palate: lively and vibrant. Smooth (honey, almond milk), ash, malty, floral (cloud, violet).
- Finish: smooth and silky. Slightly smoky, herbaceous, with aniseed notes.
