Half portion Cinco Jotas acorn-fed 100% ibérico cured loin, without paprika
This natural loin is produced from a series of muscles in the back and chest area of the pure Iberian pig (spinal, semi-spinal, lumbar and thoracic muscles). This area is mostly free from fat and tendons and is marinated with salt, garlic and spices. The mixture is embedded in a permeable container after a suitable maturation and curing process.
For this product only cuts of the highest quality acorn-fed 100% ibérico pig are used. The paprika-free formula represents a little known innovation in the sector. It is much appreciated because the lack of paprika allows you to taste the full extent of profound flavours of the ham.
Storage: keep in a cool and ventilated place until consumption. Remove it from its protective packaging and be sure you have the required equipment before cutting into it.
