All Cinco Jotas products are considered amongst the best in Spanish haute cuisine. The pure Iberian pig breed from which our products are made are all carefully and expertly selected. This is our starting point together with a careful fattening process during which the animals are nourished primarily with acorns. The diet provides a high percentage of healthy oleic acids, which also gives the product its unique, characteristic flavours.

Storage: Make sure it is kept in a cool and well-ventilated place, without direct heat sources nearby or sun exposure. It must be removed from the protective case once you have it at home.
