HOW CAN I BUY SOMETHING FROM OSBORNE SHOP?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

In Spain, all orders are delivered within 24 hours in main cities and within 48 hours in the rest of Spain (except the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla). For orders within the European Union check details here.


IS THE OSBORNE SHOP SECURE?

You can pay at our online store by bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. We are currently working on offering even more payment options.


ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED AT THE OSBORNE SHOP SECURE?

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE?

You can purchase without creating an account.We do recommend it, however, as in addition to facilitating the purchase process, you’ll be able to monitor your order, manage your purchase history and track a number of other preferences such as shipping address, notifications, etc.

Don't worry if you forgot your password, you can recover it. In the "My Account" area, click on "Forgot your password" and you’ll be able to reset it.


I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE. HOW CAN I USE IT?

Select the products that you would like to purchase and add them to your cart. Once finished, before paying, enter your discount code at the bottom of the page and select "Apply code". This will apply the discount to your entire order.


WHERE IS MY ORDER?

You can monitor your order from the personal area of your Cinco Jotas online account, as well as check your order history and order status. If you don't have an account, contact us directly and we’ll be happy to help you.


CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER ONCE I'VE PLACED IT? CAN I CANCEL IT?

Once you have confirmed and paid for your order it cannot be modified. To add a product, contact us and we’ll offer the best solution possible. If You can cancel any order from the personal area of your account. If the "cancel" option does not appear, the delivery process has already begun and you will need to contact us to cancel your order. ¿DO PRODUCT PRICES INCLUDE SHIPPING FEES AND TAXES?

Product prices do not include shipping fees. They include value added tax (VAT), but no other taxes, tariffs, or fees.

El uso de tarjeta de crédito requiere, por motivos de seguridad, además de rellenar los campos solicitados, una autenticación que puede ser por sms o por tarjeta de coordenadas bancarias, y que en caso contrario la forma de pago deberá ser por Paypal.
