Cinco Jotas acorn-fed 100% ibérico cured loin package of 80 g
Cinco Jotas acorn-fed Iberian loin, hand-carved in portions of 80 g., has a mild paprika flavour and hints of a lovely smoky aftertaste. Excess fat and tendons are removed as a first step in the production process. Then it is salted, marinated, and delicately stuffed into a natural casing. It then proceeds to the maturation process, laid slightly flat with little pronounced crevices, to detect and prevent defects or abnormal coloration.
Consumer recommendations: It’s important to maintain the product at a constant temperature of between 3 and 7 ºC. Twenty minutes before enjoying the product, remove it from the refrigerator.
