Abadía de Montserrat Cava
CAVA ABADÍA DE MONTSERRAT TASTING NOTE
Appearance: Cava Abadía de Montserrat is bright, a pale yellow colour with fine bubbles and a well-formed mousse.
NNose: Exotic and complex with obvious signs of ageing. Mediterranean fruits stand out over tropical notes, all adorned with notes of patisserie (brioche, "buñuelo" fritters) and a floral background.
Palate: The palate is fresh from the centre, diffusing outwards and echoing the complexity of fruit found on the nose. This is a Cava with very well integrated bubbles, and a good mouth feel. Lively, harmonious with a long, very pleasant aftertaste.
