The name of this brandy reminds us of the French occupation of a large part of Spain by Napoleon's armies. The city of Jerez was occupied by the Napoleonic army for almost three years, between 1810 and 1812. At this moment, Bodegas Osborne already existed and was carrying out its work. The subtle image on the label of the bottle is a homage to this era and is inspired by a painting from a battle at the time, created by the Valencian artist, Joaquín Sorolla.
SUBTLE BALANCE AND BRILLIANCE
DEPTH AND DISTINCTION
With its dark mahogany colour, its subtle brilliance and transparency, Independencia brandy is well-balanced, with a clean, distinguished aroma, in which notes of prunes stand out alongside touches of oak ageing. A broad, profound and well-balanced aroma. A brandy that makes an impact.
