Brandy obtained from “holandas”, low alcohol content wine spirits (65°), associated with wine distilled alcohols (94.5º) aged in American oak casks previously seasoned with “Oloroso” Jerez wines, following the traditional dynamic ageing system known as “Criaderas y Soleras”.

Sight

Mahogany color. Bright, transparent, shiny.

Smell

Clean aroma of good intensity, vinous and warm, with elegant notes of oak and clear perception of the “holandas”.

Taste

Smooth, harmonious, rounded and distinguished palate, well integrated in the wood spices. Slight medium-sweet flavor.

Storage:

As a general rule, in well-ventilated places, away from sources of heat. Over time, some precipitation may occur in the product in the bottle, a result of the natural process of wood ageing. If this occurs, decant the brandy before drinking.
